Social Media Executive is responsible for overseeing the social media accounts for TRAFALGAR LUXURY GROUP

Duties and Essential Job Functions Management
  • Endeavor to develop and succeed in maintaining appropriate الشركة image that strives towards excellence in satisfying customers.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Technical
  • Develop and implement a corporate social media strategy.
  • Monitor online activity across departments and geographical areas to ensure anyone using the الشركة’s online tools is following established guidelines and best practice rules.
  • Encourage greater social media participation.
  • Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand’s social media strategy.
Policy and Procedure
  • Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by performing within organizational standards and adhering to legal regulations.
  • Implementation of all related organizational policies and procedures
  • Implementation of all related rules and regulations
  • Ensure commitment to all HSEQ regulations and procedure as per management requirements.

A. Education
  • Preferable university degree in digital media, marketing, or related fields
  • Technical Training Certificates / licenses
B. Professional Experience
  • From three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in similar field(s)
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages such as Word and Excel, PowerPoint Presentation; e‑mail and internet etiquette
  • Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type.
  • Basic experience in managing budgets and tracking expenses.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including GMB, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook
  • Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO
  • Experience doing buyer persona and audience research.
  • Familiarity with publishing and web design
  • Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
  • Physically and mentally fit for the job
