Internal Control Manager - Boutiqaat الكويت

Boutiqaat is hiring an experienced Internal Control Manager to lead and strengthen the organization's internal control and risk management environment as the الشركة advances its التالي phase of regional growth.

Reporting to senior leadership within the Risk Management and Internal Control function, the successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the internal control framework across all business processes, ensuring alignment with corporate governance standards, regulatory requirements, and approved control frameworks (e.g., COSO).

• Lead the assessment, design, documentation, and testing of internal controls across business processes
• Direct control walkthroughs and testing to evaluate control design and operating effectiveness
• Oversee identification of control deficiencies and development of corrective action plans with control owners
• Drive risk assessment, SOX-style controls testing, and continuous-improvement and automation initiatives
• Prepare and present internal control reports and dashboards for management and audit committee review
• Lead, develop, and manage the Internal Control team
• Partner with business units to embed a strong control and compliance culture

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Professional certification (CIA, CRMA, CISA, or CPA) preferred
• Minimum 8 years' experience in internal control, internal audit, risk management, compliance, or governance, including team leadership
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, ERP systems, and data analytics tools (Power BI / Tableau)
• Proven analytical, stakeholder-management, and leadership capabilities
• High ethical standards and confidentiality
• Fluent in English (Arabic an advantage)
