UX Designer

We at Al-الكويت are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in developing intuitive user experiences across web applications, mobile apps, and other digital products. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging user interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in design or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in UX design
  • Expert knowledge of design principles (usability, accessibility, color theory, typography, etc.)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Sketch
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus
  • Ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines
Job Description
  • Developing overall UX strategy based on customer needs & business goals
  • Designing intuitive user flows & wireframes for websites & mobile apps
  • Conducting user research & testing to ensure usability & quality standards
  • Creating visually appealing yet functional UI designs using the latest tools available
  • Working closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
