This is a full-time on-site role based in Al Asimah, الكويت, for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing social media performance, and managing the الشركة's social media accounts. The role will involve analyzing metrics to measure effectiveness, boosting brand presence, and fostering meaningful connections with online communities. Additionally, the Social Media Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align social media goals with overall marketing objectives.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong experience with Capcut and Canva
• Strong written and verbal Communication skills, and experience in creating engaging content
• Expertise in Content Strategy and planning for various social media platforms
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience with social media management tools is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable
• Familiarity with the education or consultancy sector is a plus
