Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy in alignment with الشركة goals.
  • Drive lead generation and improve lead quality to support sales conversion.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).
  • Review and approve all creative materials and designs to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage relationships with marketing and advertising agencies, production houses, and external partners.
  • Oversee social media strategy and content execution in coordination with internal teams or agencies.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and propose innovative campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Represent the brand in marketing activities and ensure strong market المنصبing.
  • Travel to الشركة branches outside الكويت when required.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, preferably within luxury watches, jewelry, or luxury brands.
  • Strong background in digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Proven experience working with marketing and advertising agencies.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
Additional Requirements
  • Must be fluent in the الكويتi dialect (Mandatory Requirement).
  • Must be comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand in media and promotional content.
  • Willingness to travel outside الكويت as required by business needs.
  • Valid driving license is an advantage.
