Reporting: VP - Financial Accounting & Reporting الموقع: الكويت Industry: Real Estate Industry Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviews all financial statements and manages accounts on a monthly basis after receiving from Subsidiaries / Associates.
  • Follow-up on all financial records of the subsidiaries, ensuring that they are accurately updated.
  • Reviews with external Tax auditors for final approval
  • Prepares the الشركة consolidation and a Monthly Closing to ensure completeness of organized processes for the الشركة and subsidiaries.
  • In charge of the Tax declaration for the الشركة - الكويت and local subsidiaries
  • Gather information from subsidiaries for DMTT tax, ensuring accurate calculations and a thorough understanding of applicable regulations.
  • Comprehend interالشركة transactions by applying the transfer pricing policies and procedures.
  • Ensures that all subsidiaries submit their tax declarations accurately, minimizing payments based on actual data, and meet all deadlines.
  • Prepares the consolidated financial statements of the الشركة in compliance with IFRS.
  • Analyzes the monthly reporting of the consolidated financial statements.
  • Assists in the development and enhancement of team procedure manuals and processes.
  • Maintains collaborative and effective relationships with other key management personnel and keeping abreast of significant reporting, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Actively participates in assigned Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) and ensures timely dissemination of information to CFT.
Skills
  • الكويتi National is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with equivalent years of experience
  • Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
  • 6 - 8 years of relevant experience
  • Significant experience in the real estate industry, and relevant experience tax / Consolidations.
Working Days / Timings: Sunday - Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
