Execute strategic sourcing activities for raw materials and additives required for plant operations. The role evaluates supplier capabilities, negotiates commercial terms, monitors market conditions, and manages sourcing processes to ensure competitive pricing, material quality, and continuity of supply. The المنصب provides commercial analysis and sourcing recommendations to management to support cost efficiency and supply reliability.
The Officer III Strategic Sourcing executes sourcing activities for raw materials and additives in accordance with approved procurement procedures and sourcing strategies. The role is authorized to evaluate suppliers, conduct negotiations within approved limits, manage competitive sourcing processes, and prepare commercial recommendations for management review. The المنصب monitors supplier performance, evaluates sourcing risks, and provides market intelligence to support procurement planning. Final approval of sourcing strategies, contract awards, and major commercial commitments remains with the Deputy Manager - Strategic Sourcing or higher management.
