Reporting VP Financial Accounting

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviews all financial statements and manages accounts on a monthly basis after receiving from Subsidiaries
  • Associates Follow up on all financial records of the subsidiaries ensuring that they are accurately updated
  • Reviews with external Tax auditors for final approval
  • Prepares the الشركة consolidation and a Monthly Closing to ensure completeness of organized processes for the الشركة and subsidiaries
  • In charge of the Tax declaration for the الشركة الكويت and local subsidiaries
  • Gather information from subsidiaries for DMTT tax ensuring accurate calculations and a thorough understanding of applicable regulations
  • Comprehend interالشركة transactions by applying the transfer pricing policies and procedures
  • Ensures that all subsidiaries submit their tax declarations accurately minimizing payments based on actual data and meet all deadlines
  • Prepares the consolidated financial statements of the الشركة in compliance with IFRS
  • Analyzes the monthly reporting of the consolidated financial statements
  • Assists in the development and enhancement of team procedure manuals and processes
  • Maintains collaborative and effective relationships with other key management personnel and keeping abreast of significant reporting and regulatory guidelines
  • Actively participates in assigned Cross-Functional Teams CFT and ensures timely dissemination of information to CFT
Qualifications
  • الكويتi National is a must
  • Bachelor s degree in Finance or Accounting with equivalent years of experience
  • Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken) 6 8 years of relevant experience
  • Significant experience in the real estate industry, and relevant experience tax / Consolidations
  • Working Days / Timings: Sunday Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
