We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager for our Al-الكويت office. The successful candidate will have the skills and experience necessary to manage our human resources department and ensure that all processes are running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, as well as several years of experience in a similar role. They should be knowledgeable about labor laws, recruitment practices, employee benefits, and other areas of HR. The successful candidate should also possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have an organized approach to their work.

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations while developing strategies to maintain a positive work environment.
• Develop training programs to help employees develop their skills and stay up-to-date on relevant changes in the field of HR.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Several years of experience in a similar HR Manager role.
• Knowledge of labor laws, recruitment practices, employee benefits.
• Excellent communication skills, multitasking capability, and organized approach.
